Full-Service Onboarding

Bring a new full-service client on board. This includes website design, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AI reception, reviews, and ongoing optimization.

Timeline: 2-4 weeks from signed contract to live

Week 1: Discovery and Strategy

Day 1-2: Kickoff Call (60 minutes)

  • Contractor walks you through: current website (if any), competitors, pricing, service areas, team
  • You explain: what you will deliver, timeline, how often you will report, who their point of contact is
  • Get access: Google Business Profile, Google Ads account (create if needed), Facebook Business Manager

Day 3-4: Competitive Research and Audit (You only, 4 hours)

  • Analyze 5 competitor websites and their ad presence
  • Identify: messaging gaps, pricing strategies, keywords they rank for, ad platforms they use
  • Document: recommended positioning, key differentiators for this contractor, geographic opportunities

Day 5: Strategy Presentation (30 min call)

  • Present recommended positioning, target keywords, ad platforms, monthly budget allocation
  • Get contractor approval on:
  • Brand messaging (who are you, what makes you different)
  • Target keywords (e.g., "parking lot striping [service area]")
  • Monthly budget for ads (suggest 30-40% of target monthly revenue)
Week 2-3: Build and Launch

Website Rebuild (You, 2-3 days)

  • Build or redesign 5-page site (Home, Services, About, Reviews/Portfolio, Contact)
  • Include: mobile-responsive, fast loading, lead capture form
  • Add: Google Analytics, pixel tracking, schema markup for local SEO
  • Contractor provides: photos, company story, pricing (if they want to show it)

Google Ads Setup (You, 1 day)

  • Create campaigns: Local search ads, responsive search ads
  • Keywords: 20-30 high-intent keywords (e.g., "emergency seal coating [city]," "parking lot striping [city]")
  • Budget: 60-70% of monthly ad budget
  • Landing pages: Service pages on the new website

Facebook Ads Setup (You, 4 hours)

  • Create audience: Local, interest in home/commercial services, property managers, facility managers
  • 3 ad sets: awareness, engagement, conversion
  • Budget: 20-30% of monthly ad budget
  • Landing page: Contact form on website

Google Business Profile Optimization (You, 2 hours)

  • Ensure all information is complete: hours, phone, address, services, photos
  • Add 10-15 photos from past projects (contractor provides these)
  • Schedule posts 2x per week (you draft, contractor approves)

AI Reception Setup (You, 2 hours, or contractor, 15 min)

  • Deploy your white-labeled AI phone number to their website
  • Contractor records greeting: "Hi, you've reached [Contractor Name]. Our AI is taking your call."
  • Test: make a test call, confirm AI answers and takes message
Week 4: Launch and First Optimization

Day 1: Go Live

  • Website live
  • Google Ads running
  • Facebook Ads running
  • AI reception active
  • Contractor notified: monitor phones, capture feedback on lead quality

Day 3-5: First Optimization Pass

  • Review: Google Ads click-through rate, cost per lead
  • Review: Website traffic and conversion rate
  • Adjust: pause underperforming keywords, increase bid on high-performers
  • Review: are leads coming through the AI reception properly?
Week 5+: Ongoing (See Monthly Performance Review SOP)

Ownership

Account Manager and you (designer/strategist)

Success Criteria
  • Website live within 15 days of contract
  • Google Ads driving at least 10-15 leads in week 1
  • Facebook Ads running and tracking conversions
  • AI reception deployed and operational
  • Contractor satisfied with initial messaging and positioning
